The founder, Guo Yonghua, has devoted his life to the field of agriculture, evolving from an expert in aquatic farming to a leading figure in grain cultivation. He has tirelessly worked on the research and development of grain varieties for decades, strictly controlling the production process from “seed to spoon,” meticulously managing every step from “field to taste,” always taking quality as the lifeline.
Shanxi River, the iconic river of Shengzhou, is naturally associated with the city whenever mentioned. Zhejiang’s geographical feature is “seven mountains, one water, and two parts of farmland,” and Shengzhou is surrounded by mountains with five rivers converging there, forming a basin. The terrain is as its name suggests. Inspired by the local landscape and his lifelong dedication to the fields of grain, Guo Yonghua named his brand “Shanxi Erfen Tian” when establishing it. From this name, we can deeply feel Guo Yonghua’s wholehearted commitment and focus on grain, food, and agriculture. This brand is factory-run, with the Erfen Tian Grain Cooperative under its umbrella, covering a rice cultivation area of 18,000 mu, and a grain storage capacity of 1,000 tons. What makes Shanxi Erfen Tian’s rice cakes unique is that the rice used in their production comes exclusively from the cooperative’s major grain producers, without using any imported rice, and insists on using fresh, flawless rice from the current season, ensuring food safety from the source. Additionally, each package of rice cakes comes with an individual traceability code, allowing consumers to verify the authenticity, qualifications, and inspection reports of the product by scanning the code, and even trace every step of the rice cake production, including the rice growers, ensuring consumers’ double peace of mind when purchasing and consuming. As the largest rice cake production base in Shaoxing, the factory has a production workshop exceeding 8,000 square meters, utilizing fully automated equipment, 5G technology, imported robotic arms, AGV carts, and other high-tech devices to achieve fully intelligent production, capable of producing 24 tons of finished rice cakes daily.
